Network Traffic Analyzer

Check your connectivity to the VoIP network by completing the following instructions.

  1. Click Start and then Run
  2. Type cmd in the white line and press enter.
  3. In the black window that opens, type ping 216.223.47.89 –t

  4. You will see results running continuously. Let the ping run for about 20 rows and end the process by pressing the control and C buttons at the same time (Ctrl + C).

    Next, type ping 216.223.47.89

    If the results are successful*, copy and paste the results of both pings into a file, save the file, and send it to your Account Representative. Skip step #4.

    * The results are successful if the same number of packets were sent and received.

    If the results are not successful, continue to step #4.

  5. In the black window, type tracert 216.223.47.89


  6. Copy and paste the results into a file, save the file, and send it to your Account Representative. Your Account Representative will let you know the next step to complete.
