How PC Phone Works

PC Phone is so easy to use. Simply download and install PC Phone and start making low cost calls today!

Setup

  1. Download the PC Phone Dialer and install it on your computer.
  2. Connect a headset to your computer, or use speakers and a microphone.
  3. Open the application, and login with your UserID and Password.
  4. Complete the automated setup process.
  5. You are ready to go!

Making Calls

  1. Open the PC Phone Dialer.
  2. Enter the number you wish to dial (don't forget the country code and area code).
  3. Click the phone icon to connect the call.
  4. It's that easy!

Receiving Calls

Basic PC Phone is for making outbound calls only. If you want the ability to receive calls, you can purchase an inbound phone number. Ask your Sales / Customer Service Representative about obtaining an inbound phone number.
